Let me give you some insight on my life:
This is the diary of a 20 something year young girl whose headquarters are based in Montreal, Canada. I was born in Uzbekistan, a wonderful country located in central Asia before settling in Montreal. At the time, I studied business at JMSB but needed to find a creative outlet during my academics. That’s when I decided to start my personal Instagram channel, reposting pretty much any pictures I liked. To be honest, it was all just fun and games. I treated it like a mood board (if you want a good laugh, go look at my old posts from 2011. Yes, the pictures of Louboutins and hashtag #followback are still there). I thought mood boarding was fun until I hopped on the #ootd bandwagon. Those ootds are the reason I am here today. Surprisingly, people really liked my outfits, and the numbers quickly shifted. I started from the bottom and somehow earned more than 15k lovely followers today. Over the years, my Instagram has spun into a platform for all things lifestyle with a heavy emphasis on travel and wanderlust. I wanted to start a blog because I needed a larger platform to share my thoughts, honest opinions, and personal advice. The kind that don’t fit in an Instagram caption. Laissez-moi vous donner un petit peu de détails sur ma vie:
Ici, c’est le journal d’une fille dans la vingtaine (fin vingtaine) qui est basée à Montréal. Je suis née en Ouzbékistan, un beau petit pays en Asie Centrale. J’ai parti mon compte Instagram pendant que j’étudiais en Marketing à JMSB. J’avais à tout prix besoin de trouver une porte créative pendant mes études. J’ai commencé mon compte en repostant de belles photos que j’aimais et qui m’inspiraient. Pour être honnête, je n’aurais jamais pu imagine l’ampleur qu’Instagram aurait pris dans ma vie. Je faisais ça avant tout pour le fun et je l’ai traité comme un « mood-board » (si vous voulez rire, je vous invite a aller regarder mes ancients posts vous y trouverez des photos de Louboutins, et beaucoup de #followback). C’étais amusant de reposter plein de belles photos, mais après un moment, j’ai forcé mon ex a prendre des photos de mes outfits. Les outfits sont la raison principale pour laquelle je suis ou j’en suis aujourd’hui. Au courant des années, les chiffres ont tranquillement grimpé et aujourd’hui je me retrouve avec un peu plus de 15 K d’abonnés. Maintenant Instagram est rendue pour moi une plateforme pour toutes choses lifestyle, avec une grosse emphase sur le voyage. Je voulais justement créer un blogue parce que j’avais besoin d’une plateforme pour partager mes pensées, mes opinions et mes conseils. Le genre de texte qui ne rentre pas dans un caption d’instagram. Êtes-vous prêts à embarquer dans cette nouvelle aventure avec moi ?
